I bought this phone about a month ago and have found it veey easy to use. I particularly like the large buttons (I have found that I can lay the phone on a flat surface and text with one finger), the locking/unlocking (which I found extremely fiddly on the phone I had before) and the charger. I have even dropped it a couple of times with no ill effects!

The only problem I have found is that after transferring the SIM card from my old phone to this one, some of my stored numbers did not transfer properly, either they disappeared or got mixed up, for example a friend's home number and mobile number were swapped. So you need to watch this if you have a lot of stored numbers, but to be fair I don't know if this was due to the phone or not. -- Be careful with your stored numbers!

my ma age 91 with poor eyesight has one; there's a bit of a problem in that the red button is both to end a call and also when pressed for longer to turn the phone off which she keeps doing... although the buttons are hard I think the logic also has to be addressed, older people struggle face with a multiplicity of multifunction buttons -- greyzone

The phone is very good for those who cannot manage a modern mobile. it is especially good for the elderly. I purchased this phone for my nanna. its very easy to use, the 3 memory buttons are a great feature! -- Binatone Phone
